We called to see if they were dog friendly & by the time we walked over they had pulled out chairs & a fresh bowl of water for our dogs. Service was great, Jacob was friendly, professional & prompt. Biscuits & Gravy & eggs were good, potatoes were outstanding! Thank you Paris West for a delightful experience! We will be back!
Who would’ve thought I could get beignets in Cheyenne Wyoming?Not as good as the ones in New Orleans at Café Dumond, but pretty darn good. The cinnamon sugar ones were wonderful! Had the grilled cheese egg Benedict. Very interesting combination. Between two slices of bread was cheese, potatoes, and bacon. Then topped off with poached eggs and a hollandaise sauce that was unique and tasty. Very very good. Had the Calamity Jane Cocktail which was really good too. Would recommend for a nice brunch on a Sunday.
