Makes my sister feel appreciated and they way the doctors show up is amazing
I've reviewed them in the past. I love Maureen. But Bon Secours taking over has absolutely RUINED this practice. You can't even call to make an appointment any more without being on hold with an unintelligible call center employee for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
This place is really a horrible doctor practice office… My 2nd appt follow up visit . Got off work early to make it to my appt the lady tells me oh you didn’t get a phone call about rescheduling your appt my response no ii didn’t will your dr is not here today so me ii said ook no one else could see me .. 3 rd appt emailed them to let them kno ii was running late got emailed back was like okay gets here oh you have to reschedule .. by this time remove me asap one of the horrible place to have appt at
The service is always great. The greeter are friendly and very helpful. Dr. Nutting and Dr. Whitehead always show great concerns with getting you the needed help to get you feeling better as soon as possible.
