Can't get thru to set up appt. No one answers the phone, only a recording and they don't call back.
I have moved to California and was trying to get my last dose of testosterone before I left. Not only did Dr Grants nurse not help me…but she called and cancelled my order at the pharmacy (and never called me back). I am now in CA, going on 3 weeks without it. I’m clinically depressed and have 0 energy. It’s a horrible thing to do to someone who has been a patient of theirs for 2 years. Run from this place…you just don’t treat patients like this. So sad.
Love Paris Urology, Dr Grant and staff do a great job.
I believe the Doctor at this facility is of the highest caliber and one of the best but the office staff is horrible. live in Nevada and had a telehealth appointment on 7/28/2021 at 11:00 CDT, I had all my medical documents at hand, notepad for taking notes, logged into the Patient Portal on my iPad, paid my co-pay and had 10-minutes to spare before my scheduled appointment.
