Great honest service. Darrin knows what he is doing and is very honest about what needs to be done. He doesn't upsell. During these uncertain times this is the place to go for your vehicle maintenance. Schedule an appointment so that you don't have to worry about waiting or waiting with other people.
Great service and prices. Mechanic takes time to show you the issues and give you options for repair and/or replacement. I have recommended this mechanic shop to others who also have had great customer service. Great small business!!!!!!
I would recommend Paris Tire and Auto for all your a Auto service needs! Professional service from a professional mechanic! I had my wife's truck there for service! Work was done promptly and her truck hasn't ran better! The price was reasonable and the location was clean!
The basic premise for my review is that the shop failed to followup with me in the time frame they stated prompting me to perform the part replacement myself. When I spoke with the mechanic letting him know this and initiating an additional issue for his attention, he became angry and defensive telling me that I could replace that part myself too.
