The last few times I have come here either for myself or for my daughter they have barely done anything… I y daughter somewhere else and they actually test her and find out what’s going on.. instead of testing my daughter for rsv, cold, flu, covid, and so forth they tested me and didn’t touch her… this place is nearly a joke🤦♀️ I should not have to make multiple trips to the er because they didn’t want to do their job the first time
Absolutely horrible !!! Took my husband last Friday , he was passing out , nauseated and having chest pains , went on and told them and was told they would be right out to get him from the car in a wheelchair . We waited at least 10 minutes and no one ever came so we went to quality and they took exceptional care of him !!!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’m making an exception because this ER nearly cost my wife her life. On Monday (Nov 3rd), my wife had routine bloodwork done by her primary doctor. The next day (Nov 4th), her doctor called and told us to go to the ER immediately because she was going into acute kidney failure. On the way to the ER, I recorded the call with her doctor so we wouldn’t miss any information and could give the staff accurate details. Our visit was actually last winter & just realized I've been very remiss in not posting a review while recommending the place to a friend. First thing you realize is that walking into this place is basically like walking into an actual hospital's emergency room - and far better than the emergency rooms you find in a lot of small, rural hospitals.
