Insanely ridiculous pricing. If you think the cost of healthcare is unreasonable, wait till you see what they bill you here. I honestly couldn’t believe it!
Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I took my 11 month old baby Saturday and we honestly felt so unwelcomed. When told my daughters oxygen levels were 82% they tried putting the adult ones in her nose and when asked if they could put a mask on her so she can get oxygen one nurse felt like it was an inconvenience to her that I asked for a mask. I took my 10 month old in due to breathing issues and fever. They swabbed her, everything came back negative, and told us it was an upper respiratory infection. We were the only people there and still felt like they were rushing us out. They never even listened to her heart. The doctor also checked her ears and said they looked great. That same evening we took her to the ER in Sulphur Springs due to the same issues. Turns out she has croup along with a horrible ear infection. Felt very unwanted in this place. We came in before a caucasian couple and there is absolutely nobody else here and my daughter is having issues with her lungs and they are currently assisting the couple first. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! Save yourself sometime especially if you are African American. They don’t want to work here and it shows. And WE are not welcomed. I felt so out of place.
Never been so insulted by a doctor like I was tonight.
