We bought our son a Kayo 125 from Paris Outdoor Power for Christmas, and I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond for us every step of the way. A couple months after we bought it, we had an issue and had to bring it in. We waited about a month for the part to come in, but they fixed everything with no hassle and it was fully covered under warranty. Later, a piece of plastic broke off and got lodged in the chain. Quick & easy! Purchased an ATV and was quick and answered all my questions. The service tech did a good & detailed run down on the basics of the ATV & recommended maintenance. Very helpful!
