Just bought a new LS tractor 2 months ago now told that they won't be doing any warranty work on the tractor. The whole purpose of buying local is to have a place to get service done can't trust anyone anymore
Bought a new mower and was glad to get a printed copy of OTD pricing. Had a small issue about the mower and it was taken care of promptly with clear communication.
Genuinely friendly, helpful, and honest people. We will continue to do business with them. It is truly worth the drive .
Was told Friday my lawnmower was ready and would be delivered that afternoon. It wasn't but I was called Friday afternoon and said it would be delivered Monday Morning. Service is not up to par with businesses anymore. So I called this morning early and they said it would be delivered today I explained to them I had to be in Lexington at 11.
