Update: it's been 6 months since my surgery and I'm not ok, I still have a lot of sharp pain at the base of my neck where they operated. My quality of life hasn't gotten better it's worse I've made a mistake rushing into this to get the pain better. I've only seen him once since the surgery it was about a month after, every single appointment since they've had to reschedule he never has time for his clients. It's looking REAL shady. worst Dr ever. Does poor surgery, then wants to drop you like a hot potatoe.
Dr. Preston caught something on my MRI 4 other doctors didn't which was a painful bulging disk in my neck I've been dealing with for years. He corrected it with surgery giving me a second chance at life at 40 years old I was dealing with extreme pain 24/7. Preston is a very kind doctor with excellent bedside manner and his staff is awesome they always leave me smiling and feeling better than I did going in ❤️ They also are extremely helpful and a blast, I love this clinic and really appreciate all their hard work.
When people warn you not to go here, believe them! I saw Dr.Preston on April 16, 2024 which was less than 90 days ago. His bedside manner consists of him STANDING over you while you are seated, and he stands in your personal space. If you have problems that don’t require surgery, you are basically written off. If you need pain medication for bulging discs, bone spurs, or stenosis of the cervical and lower lumbar regions like I do, you can forget it if it’s been more than thirty days.
