Wish I could give 0 stars! TERRIBLE nail salon. TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure. They did a horrible job. The man that works here did it for me. He was doing my pedicure when customers came in that wanted acrylic put on. They had their babies with them although I was told I can’t bring my baby when I called to make an appointment the day prior. I asked to change the color after one nail was painted and the lady was so offended! She was rude the rest of the time. Wouldn’t have left a review if she had did a decent job.
my guy ricky does the absolute best nails. every time i come he never disappoints. he doesn’t just sit and do my nails he actually engages with me and holds conversations with me. and he takes his time and pays attention to detailing every design. if i show him an inspo he takes that and does my nails 10x better. i recommend him to everyone. i never feel rush. and you can tell he loves what he does because i never feel rushed and i always receive compliments it can be time for a fill because i know its been two weeks but ano... read more
I understand everyone can have an off day, and I am not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly—but this experience absolutely deserved one. The older gentleman who worked on us was extremely rude from the start. I repeated multiple times what I wanted, and instead of listening, he ignored it and later claimed he “didn’t know.” That’s not a misunderstanding—that’s a lack of care.
