THEY HAVE THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I have been a resident in Alsip over 15yrs I wouldn’t not recommend this place to a dog not to mention only 2 people in there can actually do nails..The day before my birthday and trip to Puerto Rico , the owner had me sit there for 2 whole hours just to tell me I can’t be serviced after getting a horrible pedicure I sat waiting to get my nails done just to be told to come back in the morning. I will NEVER come here again. They wanted to charge me an extra $5 for long nails when they aren’t even long. And then he put the acrylic on my nails messy and filed them messy as well. He ignored anything I said and butchered my nails. I told him I was upset and he told me to leave. Terrible customer service and terrible job at nails.
I was coming for months and I feel like they give me something different every time. I got these done Thursday! ITS MONDAY like 4 nails in 4 days is unacceptable- they were nice enough to fix the first 3 that broke in 2 days, only to have another break. They assured me it was builder gel but there's no way. Unfortunately lost a customer yea the prices are a little better but the quality reflects that.
