I was disappointed with my experience. I was quoted $50 for the manicure and pedicure, plus $10 for gel polish, so I expected to pay $60. Instead, I was charged $75 without any explanation. The service also felt rushed, and the leg massage included with the pedicure was forgotten until I reminded the technician. Overall, the service did not match the price, and I won’t be returning.
I came in for a full set and was the only client there. After my nails were soaking, another customer came in for a pedicure and the technician left me sitting for nearly 50 minutes without explanation or apology. She just left me sitting there to go tend to another person. So inconsiderate of my time and just horrible customer service. When the technician returned to the table, she didn’t extend an apology.
