Quit possibly the WORST experience. Daughter and I had a 12:15 appointment. Showed up on time. 2 reg pedi 1 gel mani, 1 full set. By 3:00 we had to leave. The polish jobs were sloppy, I was cut 2xs - I never saw the tools get sanitized. After 3 hrs, My daughter had to work so we left w/ no polish on the full set. 3 hrs! Disgraceful oh and the bill was $195!!! Don’t go here!
I finally found a technician who I liked but when I requested her they suddenly didn’t allow it. They said first come first served only. Meanwhile I saw a request for a technician being scheduled. Poor business ethics. In response to my review the, I believe owner however not stated, said that “she wished she knew at the time she would have taken care of me “ I made this subject aware to male receptionist twice on phone and the technician who worked on me who I believe is owner.
