This was the first time I attended this salon I made an appointment for 2 pm and was pleased that I was actually taken back a few minutes early. Bella did a great job but I noticed she was looking at her watch very frequently. No big deal because I like expediency. The process took 1 hour and I was ready for my pedicure. Because I arrived a few minutes early I entertained getting a spa pedicure but instead settled on the basic with callus treatment. This is my go to nail salon! I’ve never had a single complaint. My nails are always treated so well and come out amazing. I recommend this place to everyone I can!!
I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I feel I have to share. The nail service was fine, but I was really uncomfortable with how one of the staff, Ba Linh, acted. (In Vietnamese) She made rude comments about another customer, assuming the client married an older man for money. Then she whispered behind my back, asking my nail tech if I was Vietnamese. Normally go here to get my pedicures done. I always get a classic pedicure with regular polish and it never chips. Today I came in the the nail tech removed my polish as if it were gel and she told me she's charging me for gel removal. I told her I didn't have gel, I've never gotten gel on my toes and got my toes here about a month ago with regular polish, my receipt can show that.
