Linda was simply the best!
I gave this nail salon 2 stars because, while the staff was friendly and welcoming, the overall service didn’t meet my expectations. I came in with a clear inspiration photo and explained what I wanted, but the nail tech seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to replicate the design accurately. The end result looked nothing like what I asked for, which was really disappointing. The kindness of the staff was appreciated, but unfortunately, it didn’t make up for the lack of attention to detail and quality in the work.
Just went in for a fill and a polish change. Nails much shorter than what I asked for but charged for long nails, and they are barely longer than my nail bed. Wanted the same shape I had but was charged for a new shape. Didn’t understand what I was asking for polish wise so I just gave up paid and left.
Beautiful salon, very bright and clean.
Technician was great suggestions made to help I didn’t know.
