This is in reply to Carolina Martinez’s 1 star review. You stopped by to get dipping powder done and had subpar results. We got you back in the next day to get them redone by the same tech and unfortunately it was still not good so we actually gave you a refund even though we usually do not refund for rendered services. I’ve been going to Paris Nail Bar Apex since around 2017/2018, and I can honestly say the quality has gone downhill. I walked in for a SIMPLE one-color French dip on my natural nails. This is one of the most basic, common services offered at any nail salon. Somehow, I walked out with the worst nail job I’ve ever had — nails were thick, lumpy, uneven, dull, and not smooth or glossy whatsoever. It didn’t even look finished. These folks are so kind! The people who run this location really care about their clients. My service today was so relaxing, I was nodding off during my full set AND my pedicure. I have arthritis in my hands, so it can be uncomfortable to have my nails done, but John was so gentle, he made sure it was so pleasant and peaceful. I’m leaving feeling light as air. Thank you PNB for caring so much and taking the time. John is wonderful!!

I have been seeing Henry for close to 3 years and he is wonderful! Always does a fantastic job with gel pedicure & dip powder manicure. He even lets me know when I need to “rest” my nails so they won’t damage! He is very good! The front desk employees are also very friendly and helpful! Love Paris Nails in Apex!!

I haven't had a manicure in 10 years, since my mom had a stroke and can't go with me anymore. Walking into Paris Nail Bar was a bit overwhelming because my mom isn't with me, but David made me feel comfortable. I truly felt pampered. I've never had wine with my manicure before so I was a bit apprehensive asking. Kind people, gel polish and a cute heart design on my ring finger, and a glass of Chardonnay: what a great way to be spoiled!
