I was seen by Ms. Lockwood while she covered for my previous mental health provider. It was a virtual appointment. When her face popped up on the screen I smiled and said Hello but she didn't respond. I figured it was a user error and she didn't hear me. She asked 6-7 questions and that was enough for her to say in so many words that I'm fat and lazy. You can't get through to them over the phone. You call and the automated voice says " if you need to refill your prescription please call your pharmacy. If you need to schedule an appointment please press one." I press one and a different automated voice says "I'm sorry that number is not valid" I've tried to call numerous times and get the same thing every time. This is so frustrating.

Would give five stars but they do not contact or communicate with you and it takes forever to get through to them highly recommend somwehr3 else
