One of the worst clinic experiences I’ve had. The staff are unorganized, unprofessional, and completely dismissive. Even after following their instructions, I was made to wait longer without any explanation or apology. It’s clear they don’t value patients’ time at all. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was specifically told to come at 9:00 AM to register so that I could see the doctor at 10:00 AM. I followed the instructions exactly, arrived on time, and even double-checked with the receptionist to confirm the doctor would see me at 10. I was clearly told “yes.” I returned at 9:55 AM and was already waiting before 10. Dr. Ali and his staff are some of the most amazing caring team in the Healthcare field. I am so grateful that we were able to find such a caring doctor. Our whole family look forward to our appointments because everyone is such a delight.
This place has wonderful service and amazing doctors .The receptionists are very kind and helpful. Every time I come here they treat me very professionally and nicely. I have been coming for past couple years, they are always polite even if their peak schedule.
New family doctor. I get that our system is overloaded, but when I book an appointment, take time off to arrive and still have to wait 1.5hrs in the waiting room its not respectful of our time as patients. A better system would be a text notification letting booked patients know the doctor is behind with appointmentsn so we can plan accordingly.
