Went to Paris Jewellers in Bramalea City centre. I was helped by a lady named Rina. Rina was excellent. She took the time to show me a lot of options for what I was looking for. Rina did not try and upsell me on something more expensive as I told her my exact budget. Taking the time to explain and answer my questions as I’m not a savvy jewelry buyer. Never did I feel pressured. I made a purchase with confidence and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality piece no matter the budget.

Terrible quality jewelry for the price. My wife had her jacket ring on for 1 week and it broke for no reason (we spent the week relaxing at home after we got married) paid $299 for lifetime warranty just to be charged to have the ring fixed. I had good service from the team up until this. To spend $2000 on a jacket ring to break for no reason a week later is unbelievable and you would think first time happening they would compensate somehow. We spent 7k at this store.
