I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Paris Jewellers. My dad bought me a gold herringbone necklace for my birthday — a very meaningful gift, as I’ve been battling cancer for the past three years and each birthday is a milestone for me. When purchasing, I made it clear to the store manager multiple times that I was looking for a gold chain I could wear daily.
