If I could leave zero I would. Terrible customer service and doesn’t deliver on time. Told me a custom piece would be ready came back twice and they continued to push the day back. The woman said it was her fault because she “forgot” to drop it off to the engrave location. Refusing to give me my money back but I don’t have the item and it wasn’t even started yet.
I went here with no idea what I wanted and I tend to be very indecisive. Ms Fama was so patient and helpful and she really got a sense of what I was looking for. She showed me something that I never would have thought I'd go for but once I tried it on I had to have it. I love that this place is a family business and they are very attentive!
