Paris was great! Called for what appeared to be a leak and was given an appointment the next morning. We received a text and a call when the service person was on his way and he checked our furnace for leaks and answered all our questions. It was great eliminating our furnace as the cause of our water in the basement. Highly recommend Paris Heating and Cooling!
The service met our expectations. The technician was professional, and helpful. The technician said he would supply proposal for a new AC, which we have not received yet.
Called for service at 11:00 and someone was here by 2:30. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
