I came in this salon asking for half head highlights and came out with half of my hair falling out.. my hair is now damaged from the root to the ends. It's been about three weeks now since this has happened and my hair is still really damaged, this salon wouldn't even give me at least one free product considering the amount of money I now have to spend on fixing this.
