So I recently had a conversation needing to gain some information. I can only access that information by asking the person over that particular subject. So I did just that.. they did not answer my questions…. Just gave me a general answer which did not answer the questions needed. So when I continued to ask politely for that information I was in capital letter told “NO.” They did not have time for their own paper work let alone mine…. I’ve worked in construction for nearly 20 yrs and renovated several homes, this is by far the worst vendor I’ve ever had to deal with. Run if you want quality service and a good experience. You will not get either of those things here. Sales and ownership thumbs down, negative, zero. There’s a reason they only have a 3.5 star rating. Shame on me for not checking that first.

I had a glass piece that needed cut for a bookcase. Service was super fast and friendly. Definitely will use again when have need!
