Our experience with Paris Ceramics, under Guy Kellner's management, has been a nightmare. They sold us a very expensive wood floor, including samples showing expectation for the overall floor. However, the floor arrived without any of the material nor finishes we chose. It was a complete bait and switch. The floor they provided is so basic we could have bought it at a fraction of the cost from any standard wood floor vendor. Do not buy from them! This is the worst company I have ever worked with. No professional, very low quality of the job and the material, not responsible for anything after getting paid. Stay away !!!
