Pastries and cakes are beautiful and delicious! My roommates and I were exploring Irvine and found a korean supermarket called Zion Market. Zion is great, but the most awesome discovery was the Paris Baguette bakery inside! Their pastries are so buttery, yet light at the same time, and the cakes and castellas taste heavenly. I always buy my cakes from Paris whenever there's a birthday or other special event. They can be a little pricey (25-30 bucks), but they're definitely worth it.
