Everything was great but our usual mini garlic croissants were sitting in an open paper container instead of wrapped up like they used to be. Asked the employee why they changed the packaging since it’s not as sanitary. They said they were instructed to take them out of the plastic package. Please revert back to the wrapped packaging. Thank you!!
I had to walk about 5–6 blocks, but the cashier didn’t even ask and just packed everything however he wanted — put my bread in a box and told me to carry it in a paper bag. Then he said there were no paper bags. Now I’m sitting in the café, feeling annoyed, wondering how I’m supposed to carry this box and my latte.
