This is my wife’s go-to spot whenever we stop at Southcenter. She’s from Koreatown in LA, and Paris Baguette is a staple bakery there. She was shocked when I told her they had opened one in the Renton area, and we immediately went to check it out. The pastries and baguettes did not disappoint.
The service here is awful. The cashiers’ presence is as good as their absence. They do not pick up the phone and their website has inaccurate inventory of what’s available. The food is actually really good, which makes giving this place a bad review kinda difficult. But they don’t answer their phone, so here we are.
The name can be a little deceiving — Paris Baguette isn’t really French-style, more of an Americanized bakery. For what it is, it’s decent, but not something I’d go out of my way for. Here’s what I tried: • Hash Brown Pastry – Vegetarians, be careful! This has a slice of ham in the middle, which isn’t obvious.
