Love the varied baked deserts- they are pro level and beautiful! This is our go to for coffee n deserts in our neighborhood. So glad it’s there.
Extremely disappointed with my experience today. I’m a regular here, but the person taking orders (Sofhia) today was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She refused to add a birthday message to my phone order, claiming a 'no messages after 12' rule that I’ve never encountered before. Her lack of empathy and poor communication skills made the process so difficult that I ended up canceling my order entirely. Definitely not the level of service I expect from this business.
The coffee arrived in bad condition. It wasn’t made the way it usually is when I order it. Everything was melted and it tasted really bad. I’m very disappointed with the quality this time.
Be aware that birthday writing is not on a ‘chocolate plaque’ as I interpreted it. Fine for an office bday but very frustrating if you want to use a nice cake plate or fancy stand.
Great atmosphere and service! Monica helped us out alot. I would highly recommend going here for studying and quick bites
