I returned to this place after some time and bought a cake for a celebration. Unfortunately, I did not experience any genuine hospitality and was poorly served. I asked for a name to be written on my cake, but it was never done. Gautami S. was rude and seemed bothered. It’s understandable to have bad days, but it should not affect customer service.
Usually my go to spot for coffee however this time around I found an extremely long piece of hair in one of the drinks from my pick up order. About 12 inches long. When I went back to show the employee, they told me it wasn’t like that when they made it. Insinuating I might’ve placed it there. Disappointing that I had to explain myself that it obviously wasn’t me when I have short hair and it wasn’t even the same color. Chicos este lugar tiene un mal servicio al cliente si van reporten a la ciudad por que los dueños no hacen nada y si lo subes aquí solo se disculpan por mensaje pero siguen con el mismo personal incompetente y grosero con el cliente
