I went to this place today in junction blv at 10am and I get I bread I didn’t ask to heat it up when it came out the oven it was bad and burned I ask them to change it and they told me no very rude and racist but employees made a mistake and didn’t offer any options for me and my husband … very bad place and racist employees because I’m Hispanic to the other people they act very nice and offer options
I visited this establishment for the first time today and had an extremely disappointing experience. Around 12:20 PM, I approached a barista with blonde hair and a light complexion who spoke Spanish. I politely said, in English “Good afternoon, can I ask you a question?” She completely ignored me. I asked again, “Excuse me, can I ask you a question?” Once again, she ignored me and simply said, “Make the line.” In English.
