Best Paris Baguette is Astoria location hands down!
Ordered 5 simple items and they forgot to add one of them. When I called to let them know they forgot the item, they argued saying they did put it in the bag. I should have opened the stapled shit bag prior to leaving, but that is terrible service.
Delicious, creative options and always good inventory. We love picking up Paris Baguette cakes for family events. They’re a fan favorite! Not too sweet and always beautiful. On the pricier side for a cake its size, but considering how delicious and well-received they are to all palettes, worth the price every time.
They seriously need more people at the register during the rush hour. Lines in the morning while bunch of people behind the counter fixing cakes and attending to the other stuff but no concerns for the customers rushing to catch the bus or the train.
I was at this store this morning and tenzin really was amazing. He was very helpful and informative with the different menu choices and had a lot of knowledge regarding the different drinks and cakes. Very honest person he really went out of his way to give 5 star service. Exceeding my expectations. Thank you tenzin!
