We go here almost weekly for their pastries and usually have a great experience. We recently ordered a custom cake for my sons 1st birthday and it turned out exactly like how I envisioned it. Plus it tasted great, many complements from the guests. The manager and staff were very helpful and sweet as they usually are each time we visit.
The establishment presents an appealing aesthetic, complemented by an exceptional selection of pastries. The culinary offerings are highly commendable, and the location is charming. However, the staff's interaction with first-time patrons could be improved, as they currently offer limited assistance or acknowledgment. Despite this, the overall experience is positive.
Unhelpful staff. I ordered a pastry and a pistachio latte, and unfortunately, both were disappointing. The pastry was stale and the latte was overly sweet and had an odd taste, so I politely went back to see if something could be done. Instead of offering any help, the staff looked confused and visibly annoyed.
