For service I don’t give any star the staff was rude and racism I waiting my ordered 10 min. I was wondered why only this bakery was charged for sale tax here while other bakeries in Houston such as ( 85 degree , Six ping etc ) never charge for Sale Tax of pastries or cakes except drink. Well, I’m done for this bakery.
I seriously recommend that the owner or manager of this location train their cashiers on processing Debit gift cards. I was there last night with my husband and I kept telling the staff to use the Debit function and enter the pin number. 3 different staff members could not get it done correctly. The gift card is for $20.00 but I gave up. The card is a Vanilla Gift card and still has an available balance so the problem is with your staff. The management need to step up and do something with their drinks. Hot coffee is served lukewarm and regular coffee tastes like as if its gone bad. Don’t seem to care about the time when it was made and they only fill the drinks to 2/3 of the cups to save money. It was so obvious that they were not trained properly to serve the coffee.
