EXCELLENT SERVICE REALLY GOOD 👍
Extremely disappointed that we were given a cake that had a misspelling for our child's big milestone celebration. Kind of ruined the photos and memory! Reached out to the service department and still haven't heard back... Make sure you check the cake before taking it back home, even though it's a hassle to open the box on the spot. Lesson learned.
I ordered the almond croissant and a cappuccino. I felt the croissant was "doughy" instead of light and flaky. And the cap was ok, but I think it came from a machine
I come here a lot and most of the time their staff is excellent, but tonight they were weirdly spiteful for some reason. I meant to stay and work until closing time but from half an hour left they started giving me notices. Then they left a bucket of cleaning liquid near my table so the fumes suffocated me into leaving. After I left I saw them celebrating through the window. Unbelievable.
