It’s a birthday cake for my mom, but the experience was so bad this time. There’s a big scratch on the surface when we opened the box, and it’s not fixable. A reminder for everyone who’s ordering to pickup that we should open and check the cake before leaving the shop.
Cute little spot for coffee and bread. I tried one of their cakes and it was surprisingly light and fluffy.
TERRIBLE experience. Disrespectful staff and manager, zero accountability. Plenty of better bakeries nearby — try Japantown, Chinatown, or North Beach instead.
Nice cake but terrible service! I walked into the shop and tell them what I want, which is 2 slid of cakes, and asked about the download app to get free pastry. The boy just has no action, and asked me what do you want. I told him I want cake, he just charge I on counter without saying anything. After I paid and got the cakes, he told me I have to order it online via the app to get the pastry. I said to him, why don’t you tell me earlier, he gave 0 reply at beginning.
