Usually this place is amazing, good service and good food. However this morning I got a sandwich and there were multiple pieces of hair in my sandwich. Tiny bits that I usually see on my clothes after getting a haircut. Not sure if maybe it slipped through the hairnet or if one was being wore at all.
My favorite bakery store. I can find all I like items. Their service better n better after they changed staffs 2-3 yrs ago
We went right before they were closing up but still enjoyed their pastries and tea (Big Ben )
I’m sure the staff have a hard enough time as it is, but someone needs to reconfigure their responses to online orders immediately. What is the point of making an “asap” mobile order when it’s never ready by the projected time the app gives you? There’s never been a time where they have it ready by the time I get there. I’ll even wait for 30 minutes from time of ordering (which is 10 more than they ask you to wait on the app) before asking the staff anything and they start putting my order together after the fact. Cakes are super good, but is very expensive. For a normal round cake I paid almost $50. The cake was delicious and super rich in fruits and chocolate. Perfectly sweet. Very presentable and good size for 5 people. Fresh fruits were cherry on the top. Delicious strawberries and lightly glazed. Best part is they give you a cake slicer and match sticks in case any one forgets. Very thoughtful of the business to think about the customer.
