Not impressed with service. No smile, kinda grumpy guy with attitude, interested in cleaning plates than following order
Ordered coffee, then the guy spent all the time doing other things like cleaning plates and taking other orders than making the coffee
Extremely rude and disrespectful girl working at 9:10 am on tuesday please do something about it otherwise she will drive customers away
I ordered hot cappuccino and I got extremely hot blend water no foam instead. When I asked to get cinnamon powder- they said there is extra charge. What? Im every day getting nice hot cappuccino with foam and free cinnamon in different Paris baguettes shops. 2 stars- because they have good choice of pastry. Your employee made for me another cappuccino, the same one. I think you need to teach people how to do hot real cappuccino with foam.
Two female assistants were chatting while I need help. They saw me came up to them but kept chatting. I had to interrupt their laziness in work. The Asian female was kinda mad that I broke her laziness in work and won’t even provide me a bag or dishes.
