I've been going there since they opened, there Coffee is very good which I enjoy, the with this location is that in summer they keep there AC temperature very high (probably to save on Electric bill) which is very un pleasant while you are sitting there and drinking a hot beverage. Needs better clerk training. They're perfectly fine if you're physically and verbally normal, but if you have any sort of disability, even a speaking one, the clerk treats you like trash and serve you only after they've served everyone else who is able bodied. The clerk was a portly lady with glasses.
Second time at this location, and both times the guy at the register has had a really bad attitude. Today I asked him to warm up my roll like always - it’s even printed right on the packaging that it’s recommended to be warmed. He claimed he couldn’t do it because of the wrapping paper, even though every other time they’ve warmed it up without any issue. When I pushed back and explained I buy here regularly, he got visibly irritated, then just threw it in the oven on max power out of spite and it completely melted and ruined... read more
