I'm amazed at the bad attitude of the employees. There's no training. just taking an order, have no answer
Everything here is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
Before the customer services were great. But one of the service crew inside the baking area not really a warm person, asking to buy a cake for this important occasion. Observed for her body language and she"s communicating with one of the staff on the counter is something off. The package of cake is not good the carton is softer which obviously placed inside the ref with cake. I hope to improve your customer services, the quality of packaging.
