Actually i’ve been in this place more than once and food is great and other servers are great. Today exactly 7/2/25, 9am this asian skinny lady server is really rude i never experienced this before here but today was really a bad experienced for us.
I made an order online at 6:30 in the morning, arrived and they closed the money and said it opens at 7 o'clock. I don't even understand at all. She said that your order is not at all. We don't even see it.
Staff NEED to be better educated on product ingredients, especially major allergens. I ordered a chai latte with soy milk. Found out AFTER already drinking almost half that their iced chai is made with a mix containing milk powder. If someone is ordering something with nondairy milk, staff should absolutely inform them if that drink is made with a mix containing milk instead of just making it without the warning.
