I had such high hopes but unfortunately, this strip mall spot does not live up to “Paris” standards. The croissant was underbaked, coffee was sadly American and not very strong, and the atmosphere is somewhat sterile and lacking in character. It’s new, though, so perhaps they will fill out the flabby coffee, lackluster French basics, and will bring a bit of uniqueness to the current chain-esque feel of the shop.

Empty shelves on a Friday at 5:45 p.m. — something I’ve never seen at a Paris Baguette before. Normally you might see fewer pastries around 8–9 p.m., but not this early. Service was okay, but the lackluster atmosphere and almost no pastries on display made the visit disappointing and not one I’d repeat. The baking quality was also underwhelming: the croissants were oversized and overbaked.

Great selection of bakery items and nice coffee. Love to see the various types of cakes that they have on shelf.

I have not had the best luck buying their pain au chocolat. This was a substituted item, but this was definitely the last time I will get this from Paris Baguette. Hardly any chocolate inside. Just tasted like a plain croissant. Luckily, they were having a bogo promo and so I didn't end up paying almost $5 for this. There other pastries are better and I've enjoyed very much.
