I walked into the store on the afternoon of April 21st, hoping to order a birthday cake for my son. Unfortunately, the staff member was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I tried to ask a simple question about whether a freshly made cake could be arranged on the day of pickup if ordered in advance, but he completely ignored me. Hi, I have ordered bakery item few times online from Pleasanton ,Santa Rita, PB . But they always sends me the wrong item . One day , I called them and asked why they send the wrong item . The staff who pick up the call was so rude and didn’t answer. I like few items only and not all item I like. Please don’t send unnecessary item .And please send the item which is ordered . If you don’t have please kindly refund. I don’t like wasting food . I don’t want to throw away unnecessary item you send .
