Rude workers, especially the lady with the black hair, blunt bangs, and two curled hair pieces on the side of her head. I came in this afternoon to get pastries with my friend and we ordered $50 dollars worth of them. We were so excited to try this new place because the food looked really good. However, when we got to the cashier, I gently put my tray down and the croissant fell off the plate. I payed and then asked if I could get a new croissant since mine fell onto the dirty table. Ordered a drip medium roast coffee with whole milk, it had obviously been sitting there forever and it made me have diarrhea. The pastry was alright but the feeling of food poisoning from a horrible coffee was not good
Ordered birthday cake from here twice with no issues. The cake is not sweet and just the right moisture. It also includes matches, knife and candles.
Update- HMart location: Decided to try another location. Equally disappointed with staff- what is wrong with the staff training? Young cashier was making fun of my mom behind her back as my 74 year old mom went to make her coffee. I overheard the cashier talking to another young staff and murmuring that she doesn’t understand the accent and rolling her eyes and giggling. Seriously?! This location has better pastries and coffee. So at least our visit wasn’t a total loss. We still wouldn’t be back. 0 for 2….thats not good guys... read more
