Extremely good cake and everything but they are in the bandwagon of their POS terminal asking for tip making customers uncomfortable. Why is everyone doing this these days? POS app doesn't have a way to turn it off? Will improve the star rating once they turn it off. And yes, I know you can skip it on the screen but that's the whole point. The screen asking for tip should never show up.
VERY rude & no customer service. I stopped in yesterday with my daughters & we weren’t greeted but still proceeded to buy some treats. I enjoyed what I bought so I decided to come back the next morning to buy more items & when we walked we still were not greeted but another couple came in & were promptly greeted….
