Despite ordering a whole cake for my wife’s birthday with more than 24 hours notice, the cake was unavailable when delivery arrived to pick it up. I then asked for another cake as a replacement. I ended up receiving an entirely different cake to even that request. Entirely unacceptable.
Their Coffee is good but their service attitude sucks. When I tried to login on their WIFI I didn't work . Went to the Cashier and he was rude and didn't do anything and he was All he said go to another coffee shop ..
The pastries at Paris Baguette are incredible. Everything I have ever had there was delicious and exceeded my expectations. We don't have one near us, but we try to visit whenever we are on vacation.
Honestly love the pastry’s and atmosphere but the customer service can definitely improve, the employees just stare at you rather than greeting you or making you feel welcomed, like you’re bothering them by being there. It’s a shame because I live so close by and I usually pick them over other bakeries, moving forward I’ll just go somewhere where I feel welcomed.
Place gets very crowded most times, tables are smashed together and service is ok. Some people who work there are nice and some seem like they don’t care that you are there. One in particular (a girl with half blonde and half black hair) and another guy (Caucasian guy with tattoos) have terrible attitudes and just came off as very unprofessional.
