Excellent service: The cake was unfortunately damaged because the box handles were weak and ripped off. But they still deserve 5 stars bc the cakes are perfect and service is ABOVE AND BEYOND. I spoke to the manager on the phone and she was beyond ready to make sure I got a refund. She really went out of her way to text me with updates, too, all during the busy weekend. They keep selling dated cakes. Two times in a row, birthday cakes I got were garbages. $50 Chiffon was soaked with moisture from the cream, the casing cream got hardened unpleasantly. Fruits on the cakes also faded yellowish in color. Never again from this place. Horrible repeatedly.
Need window shades and more outlets by window seating. Staff was friendly. Seemed like toaster for warming up food wasn’t warming things up enough. More sweeping around bench seats would be good.
Amazing pastry selection. Crispy and delicious. The mochi donut stuffed with cream cheese was amazing!! I also enjoyed the coffee croissant donut (cronut).
Delicious flaky pastries. Plenty of variety to choose from and being able to fill your own tray with pastries is something I didnt know I needed until I walked in haha
