Over priced and below average.
Ordered 3 cakes for my kid's birthday and scheduled them for delivery the day of the party to be fresh. When they didn't arrive, I called the bakery to get the ETA; they were not accepting calls. I then discovered an email they sent 15 minutes before the delivery time cancelling the order. Offered no explanation, no apology, no courtesy anything for leaving our birthday party stranded last minute with no birthday cake... How insanely inconsiderate and stressful. Pastries and beverages are delicious. Customer service lacks a lot. The 4 times I’ve been there staff do not acknowledge you, and seems like they are bothered when you ask for help. Every time I have to ask someone to help after standing and waiting for a few minutes so they can grab me pastries I don’t have access to.
