Great convenient location and courteous team members
Bad service from Karletta. When I arrived here I really nedd to us the bathroom first. I thought I would use the bathroom and then order and enjoy my food. But no the lady at the register Karletta refused to give the code before I order something. This is not a behavior you would expect from a neighborhood cafe isn’t it. I never see this behavior even in the busiest part of manhattan let alone in this neighborhood
I love almost everything from PB, but my only complaint is about the service, not the food. I often order from Uber Eats and always include a note to NOT WARM my bakery items, especially almond croissants. But 99% of the time, they ignore it and warm them up for God knows how many minutes because I always receive BURNT ones. I've complained on Uber so many times, and there's still been no change.
