Horrific client service. Placed an order with 24 hour advance notice for a bday party. Expressed how important it was, fully paid in advance. The young lady who attended did a great job at both taking the order down and completing all details for it, she communicated the order to the manager Dominique properly. When picking up the order, the manager completely dropped the ball, they had not set my advance pastries order aside and blamed it on opening late. Did not apologize and had an attitude about it.
