The pastries were delicious, just like the ones at the Downtown store. But the staff has not been trained well yet. I pointed out a mistake on my receipt, but nobody knew how to fix or refund it. They said they would have a manager call me later, but I haven't received a call yet. Also, there were no trays and tongs when I arrived, and all the customers were confused.

Service is always solid and everyone is so kind and takes the extra step… every single day. Lattes are delicious consistently and the soy milk they use is just perfect.
A bakery I always stop by whenever I’m in downtown — it’s pure joy just looking at everything.
