I dunno why other reviews say the customer service is bad, I had Rafael help me out and get a cheaper deal. And very quick service when it's not super busy. The food is delicious too, the king donuts are a favorite, chocoholic chiffon cake is amazing. Mochi donuts are great, love the Dubai tarts and many others. Will keep coming back. Another lady, wish I remembered her name helped me make decisions for substitutions.
This is a bakery, and I ordered items to go. They gave me four bakery items stacked on top of each other in a small box. Since the items were creamy, they got smashed. The food itself tastes good, but the packaging really needs improvement. Bakery items should be packed carefully, not stacked like grocery items in a bag.
Don't ever buya gift card here. You can use it online and can't use it in store. I'm trying to get my $50 back. I never use the Cary NC location again! Horrible experience 😞
I’ve been to this place a couple of times but my most recent visit was rather interesting. There were a lot of customers and at least six people working behind at the back counter yet only one of them was on the cash register. There were two people standing at the counter behind the cash register but all they were doing were laughing and chatting. Not paying attention to customers at all.
