If I could give zero stars, I would. The management never provides the required 24-hour notice before routine maintenance, and staff use their keys to enter apartments without permission — a complete invasion of privacy. They almost never return deposits, no matter the condition of the apartment. Students, be especially careful: they know many students live with friends, and then they use “lease paragraph 10” as an excuse to evict you. I am very disappointed in this property management company, especially in the owner. His demeanor is consistently rude and dismissive. I’ve witnessed how he interacts with people in public, and it’s as if everyone owes him something. That attitude is not only unprofessional, but it also creates a hostile environment. Unfortunately, his staff reflects the same behavior. My unit was sold to Cramer property been he 7 years was with pirigi for 3 this town home ceiling is leaking ac been out for 6 days whyyyy is all I need to know did you do this although it is connected to other units out here I know pirigi would be sad to see the condition of this unit don’t sell any more units to this company Cramer Properties is the devil

Responds to maintenance call quickly. Easy to communicate. Overall had a good experience.
