I rented an apartment they management a few years ago, they had come up to the door a few times taking about not paying my rent and the lady in the office would be rudeza when taking the phone call. Sherry was extremely rude and condescending toward both me and my father when we came to view the property. From the moment we arrived at the door, she and another woman spoke to us disrespectfully. I chose to ignore it at first because we urgently needed housing due to both my work schedule and my father’s job. If I could give zero stars, I would. The management never provides the required 24-hour notice before routine maintenance, and staff use their keys to enter apartments without permission — a complete invasion of privacy. They almost never return deposits, no matter the condition of the apartment. Students, be especially careful: they know many students live with friends, and then they use “lease paragraph 10” as an excuse to evict you.
