I do not recommend staying here. The floors are thin and the people upstairs are loud if you are on the 1st or 2nd floor. Maintenance will come into your apartment, set off your alarm for 2 hours, just to turn the music down even when it is not quiet hours (9:42 am) (Quiet hours - 10pm to 8am) because HE thought your music was too loud (as stated by Alice).
