Handled my problems very well. Gave me options and helped me understand all my options!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I had a new HVAC installed by another company in February of 2024 for $3,716.74 plus an additional $500 for installation so $4,216.74. The unit is currently not holding temperature so I had some one from Parham come out to inspect. He stating the compressor is bad and the Manufacturer would most likely cover under warranty. THIS IS THE QUOTE THEY PROVIDED FOR LABOR ONLY. YES YOU'RE READY THAT CORRECTLY. THEY WANT $3,518 JUST FOR THE LABOR TO REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR, NO PARTS, JUST LABOR. I had the ... read more
