Been to a few emergency rooms over the last several years. This is absolutely the worst experience I've encountered. The doctor seemed to have zero interest in addressing my issues. The details don't matter. If you have the choice, avoid this emergency room. By the way, Three days later I needed to return to an emergency room, so I went to Henrico just a few minutes away. My family will use Henrico going forward.
I'd give them 0 if it was possible, so I just got a bill from my visit 300 dollars. They didn't ask for my insurance at the visit and shockingly enough the person having an allergic reaction didn't think to try to give it to them because they didn't ask. On top of that I never actually got any care, I was left in the waiting room for 15-30 minutes, then brought into the back where I was cycled through 3 doctors, the second one said they could give me something for the reaction and she had to clock out, the last one told my I... read more
