I was so excited to try this place, but was immediately turned off by what I witnessed so I turned around and left. The girl working was very nice, but she was wearing gloves that she had touched a previous customers items with, then touched a few surfaces in the store, then pulled out her cell phone and used it to do whatever (not work related for sure), then went to start touching food. The deserts are great. The staff not so much. I wouldn't otherwise write reviews like this, but this experience needs to be said. The young girl working did not only not communicate AT ALL, but she was on her phone the ENTIRE time. I entered and I said hello, she barely responded and went back to her phone. I asked for a dessert, she started to get it, picked up her phone, handed it to me and went back to her phone. Delish dessert and sorbet must try mango
Cashier didn’t know how to ring up a box of 12 macarons, instead did two boxes of 6 macarons which ultimately was more expensive. Asked her to correct this improper charge and she said she didn’t know how?? Completely ridiculous that their prices are false advertisement because their staff is improperly trained and they offered no solution to their inability to complete a simple transaction
I would personally recommend "Crookie" which is a croissant with a cookie on top with tirsmisu cream. Delish!
