I really wanted to try something unique, and the name Paris sounded promising. Unfortunately, this was probably the worst latte I’ve ever had. I ordered the Lavender Honey Latte, but I couldn’t taste any lavender or honey at all. It just had a very bitter, burnt taste, like something was over-roasted or burned. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I was really disappointed.
I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. The staff recommended the iced mango coconut matcha and made it sound like one of their bestsellers, so I expected it to be good. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. FOOD 0 SERVICE 0. I ordered a cake online on June 12th, 2026 at 1:19 AM for pickup on June 14 and received a confirmation email saying the order was successfully placed. I really want to like this place because I used to come here often, but lately I’ve noticed a few issues that I hope management will address. I originally wanted to contact the store directly, but I couldn’t find any contact information on the website, so I’m leaving this review instead. Pain au chocolat was not crispy at all. Should’ve known it was going to be bad when I was asked if I wanted it heated up. Doesn’t smell like butter at all. Disgusting pastry. Waste of $6.50.
