Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
