I was sent to Dr Desai because of kidney stones from an E.R. visit 3 weeks previously. Once the Dr. arrived in the room he looked at me said 'I don't know what you're doing here, I can't help you, go to the E.R.' I told them they sent me here. 'Well,' he said 'I don't have the machine here or any pain medication so I can't do anything for you.' No. 1. I didn't ask for medication, No. 2 I'm doing what I was told by the E.R. Dr.. Very little wait time in front and in the doctors office. Very professional and friendly
I have been seeing Dr Desai for years for status post CA of the bladder He is an excellent doctor.

He had a very good 'bed-side manner'
Fast and efficient.
I saw the Dr for approx one minute. He spent no time with me at all. Can not call his office. They will not answer the phone.
More often than not, they do NOT answer the phone - SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!Their 'answering machine' recording incorrectly claims it's because of 'high volume'
